Qualification and skills:
1. University degree in finance or accounting
2. experience in fiscal accounting
3. fiscal program and MS office, including spread-sheets and database
4. good Mongolian and English verbal reading and writing skills

- professional experience in accountant language proficiency and any relevant professional titles or certifications
- reference letter from last employers (at least 1)
- self portrait (shot in last 3months )
